How to be a good motivator???

Petang tadi, dekat office sebelum balik...

"Wan, I need your help"
"what u want?"
"This is secret, only three of us"
" haa..??
"This between me, u & mimi"
"OK... what ur secret? apa yang rahsia sgt ni?"
"Mimi want to transfer dept. Can you motivate mimi & let she stay at her place. Just now, she passed transfer form to me & ask me to sign"
"What happen actually? why she want to transfer? what have you done to her?"
"Act. nothing happen.. just somebody go & cucuk ur boss about her la.. then dia dah merajuk"

Itu la yang terjadi... Tp camane nak motivate orang yang dah down ni.. susah la.. saya dah fail nak motivate org.. motivate diri sendiri pun adakala tersasar jugak.. apa lagi nak motivate org..
Sy dah dengar cerita dari 1 pihak, tp lagi satu pihak, belum lagi.. entah la.. tp yang pasti saya BUKAN org yang terbaik nak motivate org...

Raj. Im sorry.. i'm not a good motivator.. For me, klu dia stay kat post sama, dia dah tak happy. Better you just approve, then she still at here.. if not, she will give you resigning letter.. lagi haru..
